so what would be cause the latest screen of failed to synchronize with my ts account
Sync is now working for me, all saved data restored. I haven’t had time to do a lot of testing, but so far I haven’t seen the new disappearing bookmarks thing the others are reporting.
did you watch my video? I demonstrated that bookmarks load every other time

I have -bad and +good news.
- We haven`t identified all the issues and still need to work on it
+ No Synced Data is lost!
- Errors may still appear and bookmarks in TS3 will show up and leave in UI. You may use the TS5 Beta over the weekend to avoid this
+ Synced data should be there and sync
Please do not reset your password or change the password and account email meanwhile. Else we can not recover your encrypted synced data in case you do not get any data on login!

For me it’s working fine now - I’ve only started my TeamSpeak client today, so I did nothing extra than every other day.
However, I know from other people, that they still have the same issues as yesterday, but as I understood your last update, you’re already aware of this and working on it.

I just installed the beta version, the problem with bookmarks remains
@TS.ChrisR ok, now the API is again returning a HTTP 500 error.
From the other people I got the information, that they are logged in, restarted the client and even logged out, restarted the client and logged in again but they still don’t have their bookmarks and identities.

can u give us an estimate on how long this disturbance is going to persist? Since the MyTS identities are also not getting synchronized…

I still see all my Bookmarks and Identities under the synced section but i get the same Error message:
But once i disconnect and then reconnect they are gone … and they also dont appear in the TS5 Beta … I still have a backupfolder with them, so i was able to restore everything … but it seems that my synced Data is Lost for now … or just dosent get to TS5 (havent used the Beta before)
Also on the Start of Teamspeak 3 I get this mesage in chat:
Btw. that Chatmessage appeard for the last Months (idk. how long but its a long time) but I just ignored it till now, as I didnt had any Issues and just by coincident reconnected my account today.
I have the Same Problem: I received an error message today saying MyTeamSpeak has a collision. Then I looked to see what the problem could be and accidentally local data… (unfortunately I don’t remember the exact text of the error message) I had 2 choices. After that, I suddenly had the servers I was connected to by default in my list twice. After a reboot they were completely gone, as were my identities. I’ve already tried reinstalling everything, but to no avail. Now I don’t know how to proceed. I still have the TS5 version, but everything is still there. How can I restore my TS3 since I need TS3?
