i just bought a community. When i click on “Claim Community” my TS6 Client tries to connect but gets could not resolve hostname. Any Ideas?
We can not find a Community associated with your account. What’s the name of your Community?
it looks like its started now, but it took like 1h idk, i’m connected now
I signed up for a new community last night. It’s been 24h and it still says “Starting Community…”. Is this expected?
That server did not start correctly. We can try to delete it but you may not be able to get the same subdomain as you have selected now.
If you want the same subdomain as selected, then you’ll need to wait for our devs to get that resolved but that may not be possible during this week, as our dev to handle these issues it currently traveling.
If you want to wait the time until it gets resolved, we would then offer you a partial refund for the time that you were not able to use it.

Thank you, I was able to spin up a new community with a different subdomain name.
I am having a similar issue to teawrecks, its been about 18 hours and my community has been stuck in “Starting…” and I am unable to connect.
Please try now again. We’ve restarted the server and tested that it is online.

Edit: please try to create a new Community, we had to delete the old one as it did not start correctly.

This seems to be a widespread issue when creating on NY1. I’ll report back when I have an update.
I tried to start a community and its been trying to start since yesterday. I cancelled it because well it won’t start.
Is there anyway you could delete the community again so I can create it on NY3? I’d be fine with that
There was an issue with the database. Now creation should be working again.
I’ve forwarded the Communitys of both of you for deletion, so you can create them again. I’ll update my post once I have the confirmation that they have been deleted.
