The problem with connecting from the phone everything has already tried nothing helps

Can you please provide more details:

  • TS Client Version
  • Android Version
  • Which device are you using

Are you using any sort of Firewall or Permission Management tool on your mobile device which could potentially restrict the client from establishing a connection?

TS Client Version:3.3.3

Hello,
since today I have not been able to connect to any server - neither the usual ones, nor the official test servers. I have followed all the steps in the original post to no avail, even going so far as to disable firewall and any virus protection alltogether. If someone could give me any pointers I’d be much obliged. Log attached:

Would say that the firewall or router is blocking the connection.

My firewall is currently disabled so it should not be blocking anything. I have not made any changes to my router as far as I know since yesterday. Is there any way to check wether it’s blocking Teamspeak?
The only changes I have made today were disabling IPv6, doing a DNS Flushing and updating all my drivers via the device manager and windows optional updates - could one of those have been the reason?

Test several servers to make sure the problem lies not within your network configuration but on the server side.

Hey,
Can you sign in to your myteamspeak account ?
I had exactly the same problem as you, and it seems that i was just literally blacklisted by TS, but i still don’t know why.
In this case then you can’t sign in to myTs via the TS apps.

To my great shame I have just now received a message from the server owner saying “by the way guys, forgot to tell you but I forgot to pay for teamspeak and have not yet set up onlinebanking so the TS server is offline for now”. I have since tested some more servers and they worked…

Side note: The two servers to test your connection in the original post did not and still do not work and give me the same error, which was why I assumed I could not connect to any server.

Thank you for your help.

Please post your TeamSpeak 3 Client Log.

You can find the Client Log: Tools -> Client Log. Or Ctrl+L.

There is definitely something wrong with the server. Please contact the owner to get it fixed.

i tried with two other servers and one of the two does the same but i definitely know that they are on

I have checked the Server and the Server is still online, but there must be something with the Firewall on their Servers. We cant connect to this Server too.

Ok, thank you, i will contact the owner and I’ll keep you posted if i still need help, thank you

Hello
After formatting my computer, I can’t connect to my own TS3 server.
This error pops up.
<16:47:27> An attempt to connect to the server on 178.217.191.246:6300 has been started
<16:47:32> The connection to the server failed

Hm…The TeamSpeak Server is working for me.

Can you connect to other TeamSpeak Server?
