You can found the Log under: AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\logs

Something is blocking the connection. I can connect to the server. Might be local restrictions to the server or government restrictions.
You need to use the port if you have not. 53111

- Check your firewall and make sure it doesn’t block TeamSpeak at all.
- Check your security software to make sure it doesn’t block any ports or protocols (some like to block UDP traffic which is essential for TeamSpeak)
- Check your router and search for any firewall, SPI Firewall, DDoS Protection, Flood Protection or similar and disable those option
- Occasionally it helped to disable “UDP Checksum Offload” for the network card. On Windows this can be found in the device manager, properties of the network adapter under the advanced tab.
I tried test links, and so 1 works, but the ip address does not

Hello, I can’t join to any server using TS3. I tried versions 3.5.6(latest) and I tried 3.1.10. I was able to join every server but someday, I wasn’t able to get into any servers. My client log when I try to join:

The nickname as well as the IP address are also not reachable for me. Are you sure that the server is online?
@Cavalry_Kral please look at the 1st Post in this Thread.
- Check your firewall and make sure it doesn’t block TeamSpeak at all.
- Check your security software to make sure it doesn’t block any ports or protocols (some like to block UDP traffic which is essential for TeamSpeak)
- Check your router and search for any firewall, SPI Firewall, DDoS Protection, Flood Protection or similar and disable those option
- Occasionally it helped to disable “UDP Checksum Offload” for the network card. On Windows this can be found in the device manager, properties of the network adapter under the advanced tab.
I tried everything I can find but it doesnt work. Also, I was able to join the servers before
Then the server does no longer exist or address has changed or they block *any country.
You may ask a friend if they can connect or know anything.

Hello.
My friend group and I have been hosting a private TeamSpeak 3 server for over 2 years without major issue. Suddenly, 3 days ago I (client) wasn’t able to connect to that server in particular and I don’t know what caused this. When I try to connect to that specific server I receive the message: “Failed to Connect to Server.”
Things I know:
- The majority of people (approx. 8/10 people) are able to connect to the server via domain or IP without fail, with the only exception being me and one of my friend’s phone.
- The issue has persisted for over 3 days with no hint of getting resolved.
- I am not banned from the server in any way, shape or form.
- All connection settings etc. is correct.
- I can connect to other servers, it’s this server in particular I have issues with.
Things I have tried as a client:
- Basic solutions like restarting computer, router, re-installing TeamSpeak, being up-to-date with the TS3 version etc.
- Tested connecting with both TS3 and TS5 Beta, but to no avail.
- Connecting with different accounts and also connecting while being logged out.
- Connecting with all of the existing domains and IP.
Things that have been by the server-owner
- Basic solutions like restarting server, computer and router.
- Hosted different versions of TS3.
- Changed local-IP and tested 3 distinct IP-adresses.
- Looked through almost every setting in the router and its’ firewall.
- Firewall in PC is completely disabled.
The only sensible thing that we can come up with that’s left is for the server-owner to factory-reset their PC, which is not something desirable, and will only be done as a last resort.

I am unable to join this teamspeak server : ts.altis4life.net
The error says “Failed to connect to server”.
I followed the steps in this topic but nothing happens: You can't connect to a server?
I cleared my dns cache, rebooted my pc, restarted my internet box.
I even tried to connect with a laptop outside my home on another network but I still can’t connect.
It’s extremely strange, and I really don’t understand what’s going on.
Please help me.
Contact the owner or host. This address is not working and server may be offline.

Sorry for the late response, the Client Log was outdated since we changed IP afterwards, my bad!
Here is an updated one.
As I have said before, it is only SOME clients that are not able to connect. So far it’s like 3/12 clients that have failed to connect. I also want to re-emphasize this; we are the ones personally hosting the server, therefore we are able to access and edit everything regarding the server.
There is absolutely no need for bumping your messages. Just be patient!
My answer is the same as before. Even with that new shown IP.
Please get it touch with the host of the server.
