As I’ve said before and reinstated many times; we are the ones hosting the server. The problem is that we do not know where to pinpoint the problem to solve it. It is only SOME clients that are not able to join and we are all out of ideas.

Hello, I’m facing an error while connecting a server using MyTeamSpeak Server Nickname.
My error;
<16:27:04> Trying to resolve hostname XXX
<16:27:04> Can’t resolve hostname: ‘XXX’
I have tried “ipconfig /flushdns” in cmd, and that have worked for a while but not working anymore.
I can login via DNS, IP Adress but not with MyTeamSpeak Server Nicknames
Check if the nickname is still active in your account, as it will be automatically removed after 30 days of inactivity.
Are others having trouble connecting to the nickname?
Perhaps the IP has changed and is not updated in the settings.
I own the nickname, it is still active in the account and yes, server is still active too. I can lookup IP adresses by “DNS Resolve” tool in YaTQA.
Can you share your Nickname, so I can check if the Problem is globally or on your site?
Because your appended Logs are too short to say something.
I can’t connect my friends nickname too but anyways, here is an example nickname; dgclan

Can you check if Port 41144 blocked in your Firewall?
I don’t know how to check it but I don’t think thats the problem either. Because I can connect 1 or 2 servers by nicknames, then my client starts broken. I can’t connect any of the nicknames that I used to connect like 3-4 minutes ago.

For some time all the time I connect to a teamspeak3 server, whatever it is, after a short time it shows me this problem.
What should i do?
But before you lose the connection from the server, you have been on the server for a while, haven’t you?
The server is working for me. Since clients have been connected for over 2 days, it doesn’t necessarily seem to be the server. It may also be that an update to a newer version would be in order, as the server is running on 3.13.3.
Check your internet connection and your firewall.
Your logs might still help.

Yes it really doesn’t take me off the server instantly, but after a while it does and believe me it’s unbearable to get me out 30 times a day.
I have the update updated, the internet connection is perfect as well as the firewall.
I’ve been having TSDNS issues for months now, any idea how to solve this?
I get dc’d randomly about 10+ times a day
Sometimes I auto reconnect in 5 minutes and sometimes after hours
If I connect through bookmarks by opening a new tab, I connect instantly
Old tab keeps giving me a “failed to connect to server”
This is very annoying to deal with.
If anyone could help it’d be greatly appreciated, I thought this would stop on its own but apparently not.

I’m using teamspeak from years ago, we got a new server but i cannot connect on it with my box. When i’m using 3G phone connexion shared, i can connect myself, if you have any idea. I’m up to try it

Hello all, I need help. I have used TS 3 for years, love it. My buddy and I cannot connect. He was at my home with his laptop and we connected fine, and then he went to his home about an hour away. we were connected for many months and then I had him download his own server. when he disconnected from mine, we were never able to reconnect. I have searched everywhere as to the issue. I already have done all the port forward and firewall steps before he ever connected originally. I believe its an address thing but dont really know. thanks for any help.
